Hi, I'm Dennis, originally a UX and UI designer with experience spanning websites, design systems, accessible design, and e-learning platforms. More recently, I've expanded my skill set into (front-end) development. This website and its content showcase both my professional and personal work - I hope you enjoy it.

Since completing my Communication and Multimedia Design degree at Hanze, I've worked with a variety of teams and taken on a range of roles within the design field. I particularly enjoy close collaboration with developers, which allows me to create designs that are not just visually appealing, but also practical to build and intuitive to use. I place a strong emphasis on communication and precision, which makes me especially effective when designing complex platforms, layered websites, or scalable design systems. People often describe me as professional, open-minded, curious, precise, and enthusiastic. My past work experiences, outlined below, have taught me the ins and outs of team dynamics, front-end development, and the wide range of hard skills required in this field. In between jobs I have often switched to freelance work to further develop my skillset. Outside of design and development, I’m also passionate about photography.
